All equipment and goods purchases must be made through SciQuest or, if unavailable in SciQuest, through Rhonda’s a P-Cardcard assigned by one of the Business Operations team. Avoid using your personal P-Card or credit card to purchase goods, unless it is an emergency. Submit a ticket using the instructions below to request any new goodsupplies and equipment.

Notes
Computer replacements: We typically replace computers every 3-5 years. Per Yale policy, three-years is typically the minimum; however, you’re welcome to keep your computer for longer if you prefer and it is in good working order.
Lead times: As of January 2022August 2024, the lead time for most equipment (monitors, computers, etc.) is 41-8 2 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing a request.
Updates: Rhonda Evans (Unlicensed) The Business Operations team will update your ticket with order confirmation and shipping information as she receives they receive it. Please monitor your ticket for updates.
