SHORT INSTRUCTIONS for HIPAA MEDIA RELEASE:

Step 0: Get Adobe Sign and have the web team sign you up for the HIPAA tool.
Step 1: Prepare a file via HIPAA Release Form.
Step 2: Fill out the “Get Documents Signed” page.
Step 3: Fill out your part of the PDF.
Step 4: Send the file to the patient.
Step 5: The patient submits the form and it is filed in our secure archive.
