If you have decided to tag an organization, a pop up will appear with the keywords affiliated with that organization.

*note: Like the same section in “External Articles,” I (Zack) don’t seem to have access to this section, (“Add to your Organization”), so the above screenshot is taken directly from the PDF.

From this list, you can choose the most appropriate keywords by clicking the plus icon to the right of the keyword, highlighted in red. Once you have selected a keyword, it will appear to the right of the “Selected Keywords” header, indicated above with the green arrow.

You may select more than one keyword.

News articles posted in Beatrix can also be tagged with either a Public or Private tag. Tags allow for filtering of news articles when searching from the websites and allows for news to be specifically organized by specific keywords.

Using the “Add New Tag” search bar, you can add as many public and/or private tags as needed.

To delete a keyword added in error, simply click the X button

highlighted in red. To close out of the window completely making no change, click either the X button in the top right corner of the pop up, or click Cancel (highlighted in yellow).

If you need a new tag added to the available tags, submit a ticket to ysm.editor@yale.edu detailing what the tag should be called and if it should be private or public.
