If a supplier will need to access Yale systems, like the profile system or JIRA, you will need to request a Sponsored Identity, which will give them a Yale NetID. These typically expire after 6 months but can be renewed.

click blue “Create” button
select “Sponsored Identity” as the Issue Type
Fill out the information and upload the identification document as an attachments
