Direct Links from preview.yale.edu to Beatrix

To reduce the amount of time spent trying to find pieces of content in Beatrix, we've made an effort to add "edit" links on our staging website (https://preview.yale.edu) directly to more items in Beatrix.

So if you find a problem with Beatrix content on the website, you can switch to the preview version of the page (update "http://medicine.yale.edu " to "preview.yale.edu" in your browser's address bar and hit enter), then click the "Edit" link you find at the bottom of the page.

Types of content where this link was added recently include:

  • news articles

  • people listings

  • media library items

  • events

  • profiles

Note that you will only be able to edit items you already have access to edit in Beatrix.
