External Article Types

The T5 News project introduces several external article types designed to enhance the categorization and display of news content. Here’s an overview of the key external article types:

1. Yale News: Articles sourced from the Yale News domain (https://news.yale.edu/). While these articles function just like other external articles, they will appear on News Landing Pages as intermingled with internally produced news.

2. Yale Medicine News: Articles sourced from the Yale Medicine website. Using this option will make it easier to add links to these articles because you can search Beatrix for the YM article you would like, instead of having to visit the news article and copy/paste the URL.
   
   

3. Other Source: Articles from any other external media outlet, which will be cited with a generic “source” field.
