Beatrix allows you to manage various types of information associated with a person’s profile.
The following instructions are about the News articles associated with a person in their profile.
To manage the News articles associated with a profile:
Log in with your NetID and password
Click
Profilesin the navigation at the top of the page.Find and select the profile you want to edit (see Edit a Profile for more information).
Click the
Newsbutton in the navigation on the left side of the page.

Your News
Clicking News will take you to a new page called News Articles You're Tagged In where you can see the list of articles you have personally entered into the profile system, if any.
This page contains a list of articles that have been tagged to your name (these will show up on your profile website, shown below).
You do not have access to edit the articles, but you can remove your tag by clicking the trash icon to the far right of the article title.
These articles display on organization and people profiles that have been tagged in the article.
To submit a news article, click the blue oval + Add New button in the top right corner

News articles you are tagged in appear in the News section (green) in the News tab (red).
