If a supplier will need to access Yale systems, like the profile system or JIRA, you will need to request a Sponsored Identity, which will give them a Yale NetID. These typically expire after 6 months but can be renewed.

click blue “Create” button
select “Sponsored Identity” as the Issue Type
Fill out the information
Upload the identification documents to Box and include the link in the appropriate field.
Please add the identification documents to Box, secure it so that only Rhonda Evans can see the files, and add the link to the ticket.
