Below is brief overview of the work done from September 18-24 to launch Epic Open Scheduler on YaleMedicine.org for selected Pediatric specialties. A major setback occurred on Friday morning when the YM team learned that underlying Epic functionality does not exist to display appointment availability on a provider profile if they see patients at multiple locations (most do). Website implementation work for last week was rendered uselessunusable. YNHH/YM teams are meeting at 11:30am on Monday to determine launch timeline. |
