The Beatrix System (beatrix.yale.edu) allows you to manage various types of information associated with a person’s profile.
The following instructions are about the Calendars and events associated with a person in their profile.
To manage the Events associated with a profile:
Visit beatrix.yale.edu
Log in with your NetID and password
Click
People
in the left navigation.Find and select the person’s profile that you want to edit (see Edit a Profile for more information).
Click the
Events
button in the navigation on the left side of the page.

Tagged Events
Once you click Events
you will be taken to a new page where you can see the list of events you have been tagged in as either a participant or host.
To create a new event, click Events
in the far left Nav.

The Events You’re Featured In page allows you to search for and filter events, so that you can find them more easily.
You can search for the event by name in the provided search bar, or use the Filter by Tag bar. Click Filter by Tag allows you to search by calendar name or keywords.
The columns can also be filtered using the icon to the right of the column headings for Title, Role, Status, Event Date or Event Creator.
There are several options available to filter events you have been tagged in.
The list of Tagged Events is sorted by date and/or the filters you have applied, and shows you information about the Events. You can click on any event to see a snapshot of the details or edit it.
You can untag yourself from the event by clicking the trashcan icon (highlighted in red above).
You can edit the event by clicking on the Title or the pencil icon (highlighted in blue above). This will take you to the Event Editor for the event.

Your Default Location
This section allows you to pre-populate your location info into any event you create.
Set Your Default Location allows future events to populate this data automatically when you are tagged.
