Sharepoint (Intranet) Set Up
We recommend using Sharepoint for departmental specific intranet content and documents.
Type of Sharepoint Site

Sharing your Site from a Team Site
Make sure that you have shared your site with both another member of your team, perhaps a generic email address in the department, and with ysm.editor@yale.edu so that more than one person can manage the content.
To share a folder with the members of the department, click on the share icon:
Then click on the Copy link settings icon:
Set the Link settings to People in Yale University or to your preferred list:
Click Apply and copy the link.
Sharing your Site from a Communications Site
Go to the permissions icon and select permissions.
