If a supplier will need to access Yale systems, like the profile system or JIRA, you will need to request a Sponsored Identity, which will give them a Yale NetID. These typically expire after 6 months but can be renewed.

Copy of current government-issued identifications, such as a drivers license or passport.

Fill out the information (Please select “Public”)
Upload the identification documents to Box and include the link in the appropriate field.
Please add the identification documents to Box at https://yale.box.com/v/id-documentation, which will only be available to Rhonda to see.
