Auth-0 Help Tips for External Users

Are you having trouble accessing a Yale School of Medicine secured page using your Auth-0 login? Try these top 3 tips:

Reset Your Password

Even if your initial invitation has expired, you still have an account. You can set the password for this account by following these steps:

  1. Visit the page you are trying to access and click on the login link.

  2. On the login page that appears, select “Other Email

  3. On the following screen, click the “Don’t remember your password?” link

  4. Enter your email address. Make sure it is the email address where you originally received the invitation to create an account.

  5. Click “Send email” and after a few minutes you should receive an email with instructions for setting your password.

Are you being Asked for a Yale Net ID?

Make Sure You are Logging in as an Non-Yale User using the “Other Email” button.

Use the white box if you do not have a Yale Net ID and have been given access to a secured page on a YSM website.

Still Can’t Login?

Oftentimes, simply clearing your browser cache history for both pages and cookies will solve the problem. Alternatively, you can switch browsers.
