Acceptance Criteria

Removed the "Download" option from YM pages because it was broken, and essentially equivalent to "print" anyway.

SD4-470 T4 | Remove "Yale Medicine Patient Care" component for Yale Medicine Care Team Members

Fixed a problem where "YM Patient Care" links appeared on http://medicine.yale.edu profiles for users who appear on the YM website but do not take appointments.
