Edit a Profile

This page offers instructions on logging in and finding the profile you wish to edit. For details on editing the different aspects of a profile, view these instructions:

For Faculty or Staff

Everyone can edit their own profile. To edit your profile, log on to beatrix.yale.edu.

1. Your profile should appear under the People icon.

2. Click on your name.

3. You will then be able to edit various fields, such as your bio, titles, research, publications, etc.

4. Changes made to profiles will propagate to all websites within twenty minutes. You may not see the changes on your website right away.

For Profile Administrators

If you are a profile administrator with access to edit one or more organizations in Beatrix, you can edit individual faculty or staff profiles. Begin by logging on to beatrix.yale.edu.

1. You can filter for a specific faculty member by using the Search User Name box or filter by job type.

2. Click on the profile you wish to edit.

3. You will then be able to edit various fields, such as the member's bio, titles, research, publications, etc.

4. Changes made to profiles will propagate to all websites within twenty minutes. You may not see the changes on your website right away.
