The Media Library houses documents and files used in news articles, events and webpages.

The user interface for documents & files is similar to the the image and video uploads, however, these items can be directly overwritten and the URLs for the files will not change. You may also download the file.

 

To edit or override an existing document:

  1. Find the document in the library and click on it. In this popup Administrators or the original submittor may edit the data or upload a new version of the file.

    All pages that display this document will automatically be updated, usually within 10 minutes.
