Designs until September 22, 2022

The designs below were being used for implementation until September 22, 2022 at which point we learned that the simple widget could not accept multiple Epic Department ID (essentially, provider locations). The current designs reflect this change.

There are two appointment “widgets” provided by Epic that we can use on the website:

  1. Simple widget: Display upcoming appointment availability for a specific provider on their profile.

    1. If the provider has appointment availability within the next 30 days, we’ll show the simple widget with the next available time slots (https://projects.invisionapp.com/d/main?origin=v7#/console/22137875/469889447/preview?scrollOffset=2117) . The user can click on a timeslot to book a the appointment. Or, they can click “more appointment times” to see future appointment slots.

    2. If the provider does not have appointment availability within 30 days, we’ll show a message to call the Care Center for assistance with booking (https://projects.invisionapp.com/d/main?origin=v7#/console/22137875/469889517/preview?scrollOffset=2409) .

  2. Department widget. Display upcoming appointment availability for a group of providers based on Epic departments (https://projects.invisionapp.com/d/main?origin=v7#/console/22137875/469794522/preview?scrollOffset=509 ).

Simple widget designs

The YM team has created the following designs that we think can be applied to the simple widget. We’ve been unable to get confirmation that the designs are viable, so we’ll not know for sure until we begin implementation. We should know by Friday, September 23, 2022.
