Publications Feeds
Many organizations and labs list recent or complete publications lists. The Web Services team can add a feed of publications that automatically updates using Publications by Org.
This feature pulls in the publications from the profiles of all the people in the organization and displays Dimensions AI data, such as Altmetric scores.
Publications by Org
This option allows an automatic import of the publications imported into your members' profiles using Dimensions AI. You may select to import all or opt to review publications before they display on the website. The list adjusts to the current membership of the organization, so if someone leaves the group, their publications will fall off. This option allows for filtering by author or date. Here is an example.
Data Options
The feed may be set to accept all publications automatically.
If the feed needs closer curation to limit the articles it can be set to display with review. Org Admins will be trained to manage that in Beatrix.yale.edu. The process is similar to approving News or Events.
