Photo Gallery Lists
If your site has several photo galleries, you can create a page featuring a list of galleries that functions much like a table of contents.

Creating the Photo Gallery List
Before you can create the Photo Gallery List, you must create each individual Photo Gallery (see Large Image Galleries for more information) and publish each of them to their own individual page.
Once your galleries are created and published on their pages, you can start building the page that will house the list of galleries.
Create a Content Component that you will list first when building your page.
Your page should have some introductory text before you begin to list your photo galleries.
If your galleries fit into more than one distinct section, determine how you'd like to categorize them on a gallery list/table of contents page.
For each category/section, create a List component that includes each group of photo galleries you want to include.
Think of this as a list within a list.
Click New Component
(blue) to begin creating a List component.
In the Building Blocks folder of your respective website, click New Component
(highlighted in blue above) in the Create tab (highlighted in yellow above) of the navigation bar.
You will be taken to a new page for creating the component (shown below):

Select
List
from the Schema drop down menu (highlighted in yellow above).Display Title: Enter text here if you want to put a Title above the List of photo galleries.
List Element: Click the magnifying glass icon on the right (highlighted in blue above).
You will be taken to your Building Blocks folder.
Select the first List Component/Photo Gallery you want to link to and click
Insert
.
Back on the page for creating the List component (shown above), click on the green +
icon (highlighted in yellow above) to add the rest of the Photo Gallery List components you want to link to.
Select the other Photo Gallery List components and click Insert
to add them to the List component. Click Close
to return to the component page.
Once you have added multiple List components, you can remove them from the overall List using the trashcan icons (highlighted in red above) or sort them by clicking and dragging the move icons (highlighted in blue above).
Once you are happy with your list, click Save and Close
(highlighted in yellow above) and you are ready to add the component to a page.
Repeat this process for each additional category of Photo Galleries, if applicable.
Adding the Photo Gallery List to a Page
Once you’ve created the List component(s) that house the Photo Gallery you want to display, you can add it to a page.
Go into the Root folder of your publication and open the page on which you want to insert your list of galleries.
Click on the
Component Presentations
tab.Click the
Insert
button located at the bottom of the tab.In the window that opens, navigate to the location of the List component you just created and click on the component.
Select
List of Photo Galleries
from the Component Template dropdown menu.Click
Insert
to add the component to your page, then clickClose
to return to the page.If you have multiple categories of Photo Galleries, list these components in the order you want them to appear on your page.
Remember to insert your page title or your content component first.

the page, and you are ready to Publish.
As you are publishing multiple galleries, it may take several minutes.
