When you create a People Listing component and go to insert it on to a page in Tridion, you have several options for displaying the list of profiles.

Description

The List by Specialty People Listing view displays the faculty members listed by department.

Use this view for large faculty listings containing members from several departments.

 

Example

 

There are a few things to notice about this template:

  1. The list of profiles is arranged by organization.

    • This is an example of using more than one Organizational ID when creating the component (see for more information).

    • In this example, the When using multiple orgs, sort manually check box is not selected, so the organizations are sorted alphabetically.

    • In addition, the profiles inside each organization are sorted alphabetically, by surname.

  2. You can use the quick links at the top of the listing (highlighted above in yellow) to jump to a section.
